Eric, norman by birth, Picard at heart, is a pastry chef by trade who worked in some of Paris’ greatest Patisseres: Lenôtre, Peltier and Cassel among others. Head Pastry Chef in Michelin starred establishments in France, Switzerland, England and finally in Asia before landing his luggage first in Ardèche and then in Picardy. Passionate about pastry but also about cooking, he is keen to pass on to you his knowledge through the different courses he organizes, and he will welcome you with kindness, simplicity and generosity…

2 to 3 evenings a week Eric welcomes you to dine at the table d’hôte (individual tables), (By reservation only) Eric’s cuisine showcases organic products from small local producers. Our spices come from far away and our aromatic herbs from a little closer: the garden… The price for this fixed menu includes appetizers, starter, main course, platter, dessert (40€). If you have less appetite, we offer a 25 € formula with appetizers, main course, dessert. In addition, we offer a menu of white, red and champagne wine to accompany your meal. The meal is usually served between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at your own pace.

Breakfast will be served at an individual table in the “Portrait Lounge”, or when the weather permits on our beautiful terrace. You will be able to taste, among other things… Fresh bread, homemade pastries, organic eggs…. The jams of our friend Guillaume (Le Temps des Mets)… Cheese, bacon, homemade yogurt and fresh fruit… And sometimes the famous Gâteau Battu, the cake that accompanies all the celebrations of the Ponthieu region… And of course freshly squeezed orange juice, and other local juices…coffee, hot chocolat (Valrhona) and a selection of teas from the house Honoris Causa… Every morning, Eric will prepare homemade delicacies for you: pistachio financiers, chocolate cookies and orange blossom madeleine, lemon cake, muffins, apple pie… mad with what is available from the market…
